Term 4 Week 3 LSC - Steam Project

 

I really liked these task this week because you got to have a choice of lots of differnt maths questions. Do you know the differnce between Graffiti and a Mural?

T3W7 LCS- Superhero's VS Villans-

 

This weeks online learning was based on Superheros and Villans. I enjoyed 

doing the writing about Batman and How he saved his city. Do you like Superheros or Villans?

Bullseye-A moment in time

 As I stepped forward to shoot the little square piece of paper, I could hear kids in the background playing on the playground. I held my air rifle up and got into position to shoot. Then I locked my eye on where I was aiming. A strong gust of wind flew past and almost knocked me of my feet so I shifted back to where I was. Now I was ready. I tried to find the trigger without moving the rifle. All of a sudden the target knocked down and I wasn't sure if i got a bullseye as there was a new hole. When the man picked it up sure enough the was a hole right through the centre! I was so exited. That was the best thing that day :) _______________________________________________________________Our writing was based on two photo's, A guy who had just started a run in the special Olympics Or a man about to shoot something. Another option was what happened at the Interschool Sports day. Instead I chose to do when I was at camp and I was doing Air Rifles. I hope you enjoy :)

For this weeks writing, it was about creating a or favourite Samoan food. I choose panikeke as I have had it before and is quite yum!  

How to make a pizza T2W4 Writing

 

For writing this week we had different opinions to choose what we wrote about. I chose 'How to make your favourite food' and then it was between Cheese Pizza, Chocolate Brownies or Avocado Sushi. I knew Pizza was a easier, quicker version to do and I could finish it by the end of the week. I used the https://nadialim.com/basic-pizza-dough/ dough recipe for the dough and I know my mum uses this recipe. The I used this https://nadialim.com/home-made-pizza-margherita/ toppings recipe to know how to heat the oven and what temp. I hope you try this recipe out :)
